Our name reflects our core belief: You may KNOW pain but you can say NO to the pain. 

 

At KNOW PAIN, we provide the resources for you to KNOW and understand the pain and also the resources you need to you say NO to the pain. We aim to turn pain into purpose by empowering individuals with the tools they need to reclaim their lives, rebuild their sense of self, and connect with a community that sees and supports them.

 

Through advocacy, peer-led programs, and access to mental health and recovery resources, KNOW PAIN creates safe spaces for open dialogue and genuine healing. Whether you’re seeking support, walking with someone on their recovery journey, or looking to be part of the change, you belong here.
